• The first step would be to go to our scheduling page to book your credit consultation. Next, Sign up for your your 3 Bureau Credit Report and get it to us. 

•  When you signup we should have your first round of disputes out to the credit bureaus, collection agencies and creditors within 5-7 Days. Credit Bureaus tend to respond within 30 days. While every case is different most clients tend to see results within 30-60 days. 

•  Please provide your login information from the credit monitoring provided in confirmation email after booking consultation and we will be able to access it directly. 

• Here at New Figures Consulting we work as quickly as possible. While it’s very hard to give an exact timeline as each case is different. Clients are in our program between 6-9 months, sometimes it may take a bit longer or an even shorter timeline.

• New Figures Consulting eliminates the stress of “doing it yourself”. You have the comfort of knowing you have a professional doing it correctly. If you have poor credit and a desire to improve your credit rating and don’t have time to dispute accounts, write letters, chase creditors, and you want one on one personalized service. New Figures Consulting is the credit repair service for you!

•  Credit Repair is the process of removing inaccurate, unverifiable, out of date, and erroneous information from your credit report. Your credit report dictates your credit score. The 3 major credit bureaus collect information from lenders, creditors, and debt collectors, and apply that information to your credit report. Based on that information, your credit score is determined. This information could include the balances on loans or credit cards, credit inquiries, debt to income ratio, and most importantly, credit utilization (the percentage of debt vs. available credit). 

• We will review your credit reports, explain the services we offer and how the process works. We will let you know what’s affecting your credit positively or negatively. It’s also a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

•  We only charge an enrollment fee. You are only charged after services have been completed each month.  

 When repairing your credit, we expect results and so should you! We're confident that we'll produce results and are offering a 180-day satisfaction guarantee. You are entitled to a 100% refund of your monthly payments if our team of professionals fail to remove or correct the derogatory items worked on from your report within 180 days (6 consecutive months from enrollment). If our duties are not meet you may be entitled to a full refund of your monthly payments if you meet these guidelines below:  

• Client must have had on time payments; No missed or Late payments.
• Client must have maintained monthly credit monitoring services, with no interruptions in service 
• Client agree to send updated reports and correspondence from the credit bureaus/creditor to us within 5 days of receipt
• Client must have not used any other credit repair company or attempted to repair your own credit at least one year prior to signing up for New Figures Consulting, LLC. 

Clients should receive updated credit reports every 30-45 days. It is the client’s responsibility to make us aware if updated reports have not been received
